Logo Churn

The rate at which a company loses customers (logos) over a certain time period.

Acme Inc. starts with 100 customers and loses 5 over a year. Logo churn is (5 / 100) x 100 = 5%.

Logo churn is calculated by dividing the number of lost customer accounts by the total number of accounts at the start of the period, multiplied by 100.
